17th Avenue

17th Avenue was given a complete makeover with bright finishes and updated furniture. The original carpet was replaced with custom wide plank flooring made from birch plywood with a light gray finish. In the bedroom, the headboard was painted on the wall for a unique design solution on a budget. The finishes were kept light to give the space a bright and airy feel. The living room was anchored with an bold black accent wall and contrasting white lacquer furniture. The scheme was complemented with a charcoal sectional and accessories in white, gold, yellow and black. In the office, paint was also used to create a focal wall. The custom floating desk was made from butcher block, and the space was completed with white molded Eames chairs and a modern file cabinet.
